Chiefly, we love the web. It is perhaps one of the final frontiers where the freedoms once experienced in the wild west can still be found. Where man can still create something from nothing and in doing so provide real value to others. Where ideas can still inspire change and be brought to life. Where you are free to try new things, get rid of old things, and invent better things. Where opportunity costs are low and potential growth is high. Where going from zero to one may be hard, but going from one to one million is easy. And most importantly, where we can truly impact the future to make life better and easier for those we care about.

Our passions

Solving problems is what gets us out of bed each day. While coding and technology may be our tools of choice, they are simply a means to an end for our real love of problem solving. The more efficient our solutions, the more accomplished we feel at the end of the day.

Our reasons

We made Team Goblin to make a difference, to provide real tangible value. We wanted to work on ideas and projects that we are passionate about, with people that we respect and enjoy, and without the corporate overhead and mismanagement. We grew tired of creating cookie cutter websites and were looking for new challenges. We eagerly await to see what you bring us next.

Our process

1. Connect with us and let us know briefly what your problems are
2. We’ll look at your problems and see if we think we can help with a solution and reach out to setup a meeting if we think we can be of service.
3. Meet with us to discuss your problems, ideal solutions, budgets, timelines, other needs, industry, business specifics, and goals.
4. We take all of that information, put it through the ringer and see if we need more information or need to research/learn a few things before taking you on as a client or if we think we are ready. If we need more information we will set up another meeting. If we are ready we will hypothesize some solutions and write them up to bring back to you.
5. We’ll meet again to go over the solutions we came up with and get your input on all of them before moving forward. We may need a few rounds of this.
6. We decide on a solution to address the given problem, create a project plan, financial estimates, etc. and agree on a contract.
7. Work begins and we continue to meet with you on a predetermined regular schedule to show off updates, get feedback, and make sure everything is going smoothly, on-time, and is exactly what you wanted and are expecting.
8. The solution is completed and we meet with you to walk you through it and make sure you have a really good understanding of how it works and how to use it completely. We will also provide documentation for usage and on the code-source.
9. Your life is easier, your problems are solved and you sleep easier while your business runs more efficiently.
